EU Special Representative for South Caucasus visits liberated Aghdam district

European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar has visited Aghdam district as part of the trip to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

AZERTAC’s regional correspondent reports that Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan to the liberated part of Aghdam district Emin Huseynov informed Toivo Klaar of the atrocities and vandalism committed by the Armenians in Aghdam, as well as the ongoing construction works in the city after its liberation.
