EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Aiming at introduction of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On changes and amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On antimonopoly activity” in connection with coming of into force of the said Law, it is stated:
To assign Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic within two months:
- to submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic proposals on bringing the existing legislative acts to conformity with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On changes and amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On antimonopoly activity”;
- to ensure bringing the normative-legal accts of Cabinet of Ministers and corresponding structures of executive power bodies in conformity with the said Law and inform on this President of Azerbaijan Republic.
- to solve other issues, resulting from the said Law.
