OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

1. The “Protocol of Meeting Between Prime Minister of the Azerbaijan Republic Artur Rasizadeh and Prime Minister of Lithuanian Republic A. Brazauskas” signed on 2 April 2004 in Vilnius shall be taken into consideration.

2. The “Agreement on Cooperation in Fight Against Tax Violation Between the Ministry of Taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Financial Crimes Investigation Service Under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Lithuanian Republic” signed on 2 April 2004 in Vilnius shall be approved.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic shall be assigned to take necessary measures for implementation of the documents mentioned in the items 1 and 2 of the present Executive Order.

4. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic shall notify the Lithuanian Republic on performing intrastate procedures required for the Agreement mentioned in the item 2 of the present Executive Order to come into effect.
