EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
ON APPLICATION OF LAW OF AZERBAIJAN OF REPUBLIC “ON NATIONAL SECURITY”
With the aim to ensure application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On National Security” in view of coming of the present Law into effect, I hereby decree:
1. The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic shall during one month:
1.1. submit proposals on bringing the legislative Acts in force to conformity with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On National Security”;
1.2. ensure bringing the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic and relevant executive bodies to conformity with the Law, and report to the President of Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. solve - within the limits of its powers - other questions arising from the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On National Security”
2. The present Executive Order inures on the day of its promulgation.
