EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
On approval of the signed on May 6, 2004 in the city of “Procedural Contract related to application of the Agreement on Cooperation the areas of social security between the Government of Azerbaijan Republic and the Government Turkish Republic”
1. To ratify signed on May 6, 2004 in the city Baku ““Procedural Contract related to application of the Agreement on Cooperation the areas of social security between the Government of Azerbaijan Republic and the Government Turkish Republic”.
2. To charge the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of Population of the Azerbaijan Republic, Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic and the State Fund of Social Protection of the Azerbaijan Republic within the limits of the powers to provide realization of the Agreement specified in the point 1 of the present Order.
