EXECUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
On appointment of S. A. Abiyev as minister of defense of Azerbaijan Republic
Under the Article 109-5 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan Republic, it is stated:
1. To appoint Safar Akhundbala oglu Abiyev as the minister of defense of Azerbaijan Republic.
2. The Order comes in to effect on the day of signing.
