To ensure the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Index of Items Unallowed to Be Included in Civil Turnover (Excluded from Civil Turnover)” due to this Law’s coming into effect, I hereby decree:

1. The Cabinet of Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned within one month to:

1.1. submit the proposals on bringing appropriate legislative acts in conformity with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Index of Items Unallowed to Be Included in Civil Turnover (Excluded from Civil Turnover)” to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

1.2. ensure bringing the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and relevant central executive bodies in conformity with the present Law, and report to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

1.3. draw up and submit draft legislative act defining the forms of sorts of amenabilities for violation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Index of Items Unallowed to Be Included in Civil Turnover (Excluded from Civil Turnover)” to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

1.4. solve within the limits of its authorities other questions arising from the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Index of Items Unallowed to Be Included in Civil Turnover (Excluded from Civil Turnover)”.

2. The present Executive Order comes into effect from the day of signing.
