On documents signed on 4 July 2003 in Yalta

1. To approve the below listed documents signed on 4 July 2003 in Yalta:

1) “Agreement on cooperation in the field of education between the ministries of education of GUUAM member-states”;

2) “Protocol on cooperation between frontier departments of GUUAM member-states”;

3) “Protocol on cooperation in the field of science and technique between GUUAM member-states”

2. To assign the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic to undertake necessary measures for implementation of the documents pointed at the paragraph 1 of the Executive Order.

3. To assign the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic to send respectively the Georgian and Ukrainian sides a notification on implementation of procedure necessary to come into force of the documents pointed in the subparagraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph 1 of the Executive Order.
