EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Aiming at ensuring of application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On amendments and supplements in the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On melioration and irrigation”, in connection with coming into force of the said Law, I, hereby, resolve:
1. Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic shall within a month:
1.1 Prepare and submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic the proposals on bringing the existing legislative acts in conformity with the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On amendments and supplements in the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On melioration and irrigation”;
1.2. Bring the normative-legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic and relevant central executive bodies in conformity with the said Law and inform on this President of the Azerbaijan Republic.
1.3. Submit to the President of Azerbaijan Republic the proposals related to executive body implementing the “powers of relevant executive body” in the Article 25-7 of the said Law.
1.4. Within the limits of its powers, sole other questions resulting from the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On melioration and irrigation”.
2. The Order comes into effect on the signing day.
