On the documents signed on March, 31, 2004 in the city of Minsk

1. To ratify the following documents signed on March 31, 2004, in the city of Minsk:

- the “Report of the first session of the Joint intergovernmental commission on the Azerbaijan-Belarus trade and economic cooperation”;

- the “Report on mutual measures on realization of the arrangements achieved as a result of negotiations of the governmental delegations of the Azerbaijan Republic and Belarus”;

- the “Report on cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus”;

- the “Cooperation agreement in the field of a geodesy, cartography, land management and land cadastre between the State Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on Land and Cartography and the Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy and Cartography under the Soviet of Ministers of Belarus”.

2. To charge the Cabinet of the Azerbaijan Republic to take corresponding measures for realization of the documents specified in the second and third paragraphs of the 1-point of the present Order.

3. To charge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide realization of the Report specified in the fourth paragraph of the 1-point of the present Order.

4. To charge the State Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on Land and Cartography to provide realization of the Agreement specified in the fifth paragraph of the 1-point of the present Order.

5. To charge the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic to notify the government of Belarus on performance of the interstate procedures necessary for coming into force of the documents, specified in third, fourth and fifth paragraphs of the 1-point of the present Order.
