EXECUTIVE ORDER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
For the purpose of ensuring the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On introducing supplements to the administrative offence code of the republic of Azerbaijan in view of application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On introducing amendments to the land code of the republic of Azerbaijan”, in light of coming of the present law into the effect, I hereby decree:
1. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned within one month to:
1.1 Submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals on brining legislative acts currently in force in conformity with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On introducing supplements to the administrative offence code of the republic of Azerbaijan in view of application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On introducing amendments to the land code of the republic of Azerbaijan”;
1.2 Ensure bringing normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers and relevant central executive bodies in conformity with the present Law and report to the President of Republic of Azerbaijan
1.3 Submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals on relevant state body considering the cases on administrative offences envisaged by Article 88-2 of the administrative offence Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
1.4 Solve within the limits of its authorities other issues resulted from the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On introducing supplements to the administrative offence code of the republic of Azerbaijan in view of application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On introducing amendments to the land code of the republic of Azerbaijan”
2. The present executive order comes into effect from the day of promulgation
