1. “Agreement on Economic and Scientific-Technical Cooperation between the State Committee on Special Engineering and Conversion of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Industry, Science and Technologies of the Russian Federation” signed in the city of Moscow on September 23, 2002 shall be approved.

2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned to notify the Russian Federation on implementing domestic procedures necessary for attachment of the Agreement mentioned in point 1 of the present Executive Order.
