1. “Protocol of the First Sitting of the Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Swiss Confederation” signed in the city of Baku on Ma 9. 2003 shall be taken into consideration.

2. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be assigned to take necessary measures for implementing the Protocol mentioned in point 1 of the present Executive Order.
