EXEUTIVE ORDER OF PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN ON RAISING MONTHLY OFFICIAL SALARIES AND SALARIES ON RANK OF THE MILITARY AND CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES OF THE CHIEF DEPARTMENT OF THE EXECUTION OF COURT DECISIONS OF THE JUSTICE MINISTRY OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
Aiming at strengthening of social security of the military and civilian employees of the chief department of the execution of court decisions of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic, I, hereby, decide:
1. To raise monthly official salaries and salaries on rank of the military and civilian employees (except the servicemen in active military service) of the chief department of the execution of court decisions of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan Republic since 1 September 2003 by 50 percent.
2. Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic will solve the issues resulting from this Executive Order
