FRONTIER RELATIONS STRENGTHENING

A meeting with delegation of the Northern Caucasus Regional Frontier department of RF Federal Security Service started at the Azerbaijan State Frontier Service, 25 November.

The delegation of Azerbaijan is led by Major General I. Khalilov, chief of the HQ of the Frontier Service of Azerbaijan, and N. Lisinsky, General lieutenant of frontier service (Russia).

Discussed were issues of conducting exchange of information on the existing conditions at the checkpoints along the Azerbaijani-Russian borders, conclusions of the inter-actions between the two services.

The meeting passed in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
