On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Poland, I extend my sincere congratulations to you and the people of Azerbaijan on the Republic Day.
Azerbaijan and Poland are bound together by ties of history, cooperation, understanding and friendship. It is my hope that the political and economic relations between Poland and Azerbaijan will continue to strengthen. Our relations have vast potential. I am confident that this potential will continue to develop and to be realized.
