It is my pleasure to extend my warmest congratulations to the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the Republic Day.
The United Nations is enriched by the diversity of its membership, and our mission is strengthened when “We the Peoples” come together to uphold the values enshrined in our founding Charter. At this time of global challenges but also great potential, those ideals are the glue that can hold us together.
