Your Excellency,

I heartily congratulate you on your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the inauguration ceremony.

I express my satisfaction over the level of bilateral relations existing between our two countries and my hope for all-round development of our cooperation. I note that the Republic of Poland is ready to contribute to the strengthening of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the European Union.

Mr. President, recalling with satisfaction my visit to Baku in 2011, I invite you to pay a visit to Poland in the coming year. I am sure that this visit will give a new impetus to the cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the economic field. Mr. President, I propose to set a date for the visit through diplomatic channels.

Your Excellency, please accept my wishes for good health and prosperity to you and all the people of Azerbaijan.
