Please accept my congratulations on the 99th anniversary of Azerbaijan’s Republic Day. I sincerely wish your country prosperity, every success and peace.

I wish for the open dialogue between Azerbaijan and Lithuania at the bilateral level and at the level of broad-scale cooperation with the European Union to open up more opportunities for the development of common beneficial activities in the coming years. I strongly believe that jointly implemented projects in the areas of business, academic and student exchanges, tourism and culture will continue strengthening relations between our people and create a background for expanding cooperation at the state level.
