Your Excellency Mr President,
On the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan – the Republic Day, it gives me much pleasure to extend my sincere congratulations to you on behalf of the government and people of Peru.
On this significant day, I am pleased to reiterate that the government of Peru will continue to work towards strengthening political and diplomatic dialogue, deepening our bilateral ties through economic and trade exchanges and cooperation.
I also avail myself of this opportunity to wish you success in the fight against COVID-19, which affected health and the economy of all countries worldwide. I am confident that thanks to the joint efforts of all countries, we will overcome this crisis through the effective delivery of vaccine which is a universal public product.
I wish the people of Azerbaijan the best of health, prosperity and progress.
