On this occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I take great pleasure in extending to Your Excellency my warmest felicitations and congratulations.
Our two countries sustain shared ideals and values that promote peace, security and prosperity in the wider region. Under your able stewardship as the Chair of the Non-Aligned Movement, the friendly relations and close cooperation between our countries are growing steadily in bilateral and multilateral fields. I look forward to strengthening this collaboration into substantive areas of economically important strategic partnership in the near future.
