Dear President Aliyev,
On the occasion of your birthday, I want to express my sincere wishes for a very happy life and excellent health which would be for the true benefit of the Azerbaijani people. Under your leadership Azerbaijan has found its renewed dignity as a nation in the world. It is your vision and ardent patriotism that made this revival possible.
I congratulate you on the remarkable achievements of your country. I also take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent achievements of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center and hope to add even more to the quality of our debates in the future.
