I congratulate you on your resounding victory in the recent presidential elections. Your election for the third term is a reflection of the trust reposed by the people of Azerbaijan in your policies and in your leadership.

India and Azerbaijan enjoy friendly relations based on the very solid foundation of our close historical and cultural ties.
