The result of this election represent a high assessment given by the people of your country for the activities carried out under your leadership, including the successful fight against unemployment, increased pensions and social assistance, investment in education and healthcare and other successful social reforms, as well as the advances made in the protection of cultural heritage.

Azerbaijan has already asserted itself in the world as an authoritative country. Azerbaijan has become one of the tourist and influential cultural centers. I would also like to stress the important role of First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva Her Excellency Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva in multiplying the authority of your country in the international arena.

Thanks to your support for private enterprise, economic and financial dynamics, your country is very attractive for foreign investment.

Azerbaijan is an economic leader of the Central Asian region. One of the most important goals in further improving the welfare of the population of Azerbaijan is your policy of economic diversification and investment in such important sectors as agriculture and transport.
