Dear Mr. President,
The year 2017 is remarkable for Vietnam and Azerbaijan as we mark the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
We are proud that despite the number of events and instability in history in the past 25 years, we have managed to maintain, improve and significantly strengthen the traditional friendship between our countries. Through joint efforts our countries have established and developed the relations of effective friendship and fruitful cooperation, which have positively contributed to the development of both countries and constitute solid foundation for our cooperation in the context of global changes.
I firmly believe that our sincere, traditional friendship will continue to serve the best interests of our countries and nations and contribute to the prosperity and progress of the two countries as well as the strengthening of peace both in the region and in the world.
Your Excellency Mr. President, I wish you and the people of Azerbaijan a more prosperous and beautiful life, your country new achievements. I wish that Vietnam-Azerbaijan friendship and cooperation would continue strengthening and developing.
