Please accept my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of your birthday anniversary.

I would like to take this opportunity to point out that under your leadership the Republic of Azerbaijan has demonstrated impressive strides in the strengthening of its statehood, effective implementation of domestic reforms and successful realization of foreign political objectives.

Expressing confidence that the cooperation between our two countries has a great potential, I would like to emphasize the willingness of the Moldovan side to enhance and further strengthen the dialogue with Azerbaijan over the entire spectrum of the bilateral agenda in the spirit of friendship and understanding inherent in Moldovan-Azerbaijani relations.
