Gayali village of Gubadli district is located on the Karabakh plain, 2km from the left bank of the Bazarchay River.
The village was occupied by Armenian armed forces on August 31, 1993. During the occupation, Armenian vandals destroyed the village and turned it into ruins.
Gayali village was liberated by the valiant Azerbaijani Army, which dealt a heavy blow to the enemy in the Patriotic War.
