Gulluja village of Aghdam district is located 26 km north of the district`s center and 10 km east of Papravand village, on the Karabakh plain.
The village was occupied by Armenian armed forces on April 16, 1994. During the occupation, Armenian vandals destroyed the village and turned it into ruins.
The valiant Azerbaijani Army, which crushed the Armenian armed forces in the Patriotic War, liberated the village from occupation on November 10, 2020.
