Invited specially by Nargis magazine, the heroine of the 52nd issue’s cover story, the master of rhythmic gymnastics, World Championships’ prizewinner Samira Mustafayeva is arriving to Baku with the master class.
The International level gymnast according to FIG (Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique), Samira Mustafayeva is owner and mastermind at SM Stretching (@smstretching) studios network, providing three directions: Stretching, TRX, and BARRE. Earlier in October, Samira and her spouse have opened the fifth SM Stretching studio in Moscow.
Throughout her sport career in rhythmic gymnastics, Samira had represented first Azerbaijan and then Russia at numerous world level competitions, and won medals.
Samira became the bronze prize winner at team overall competition at AEON Cup in Tokyo (2008), the World Championship in Mie (2009), the World Championship in Moscow (2010), the Russia Championship on rhythmic gymnastics in Kazan (2012). She also won gold medal for performance with a ball at the Russia Championship in Kazan (2012), gold medals at the International tournament on rhythmic gymnastics in Vittoria (2012) and at the Russian Championship on rhythmic gymnastics in Kazan (2013).
In her exclusive interview for Nargis magazine’s October issue Samira said: “From a small basement, where once I had my first stretching class with a few persons, we achieved establishment of studios network, where today three directions are presented at once!”
The first master class at historical motherland will be held on Sunday in AQUATIC PALACE. For 60 minutes Samira will demonstrate how to stretch correctly, and will amaze event visitors with her flexibility and graceful movements.
