    Head of “Ocag” Azerbaijani Culture Center receives Order of Latvia 4th degree

    Riga, November 19 (AZERTAC). Chairman of the Consultative Council for National Minorities under the Latvian President, Director of Riga Classic Gymnasium, Head of “Ocag” Azerbaijani Culture Center Roman Aliyev has been presented with the Order of Latvia 4th degree.

    He received the Order from President of Latvia Andris Berzins in a special ceremony marking the 95th anniversary of the establishment of Latvia.
