Henrik Hololei hails results of first high-level dialogue on transport between Azerbaijan and EU

Director-General for Mobility and Transport of the European Commission Henrik Hololei has hailed the results of the first high-level dialogue on transport between Azerbaijan and the European Union as he met with Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

Henrik Hololei praised his meeting with President Ilham Aliyev and said that very fruitful discussions took place at the meeting.

The sides discussed the logistic opportunities and infrastructure projects realized with the initiative and participation of Azerbaijan, as well as the prospects of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railways, North-South and South-West transport corridors.

The sides also exchanged views on cooperation prospects in all areas of the transport.
