Dear Ms Federal Chancellor,
We were deeply saddened by the news of heavy casualties and injuries as a result of a bloody terror attack in Berlin.
We are outraged by this tragic event, condemn this act of brutality against civilians and deem it significant to unite efforts in the fight against terrorism.
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deepest condolences to you, the bereaved families, the loved ones of those who died and the people of Germany, and wish the injured the swiftest possible recovery.
