Dear Mr President,
On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my most sincere congratulations and wishes to you and your people on the occasion of the national holiday of the friendly Italian Republic – the Republic Day.
The current level and dynamics of close friendship and strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Italy are deeply satisfying. I recall with pleasure our meetings and negotiations held in a cordial atmosphere, the great attention and hospitality shown to me and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva during a state visit to your beautiful country in February this year.
I am convinced that the high-level dialogue and relations of cooperation between our countries in the political, trade, economic, energy, industrial, educational, cultural, defense and other fields will continue to develop successfully thanks to joint efforts.
I want to note once again that the Azerbaijani people are in solidarity with the friendly Italian people in the fight against the coronavirus infection.
On this joyful day, I wish you good health and success in your endeavors, and your people continued prosperity.
