INDEPENDENT PRESS CENTER REPORTS
International observer Madin Kovachevich from Serbia and Montenegro, being in Lankaran, informed AZERTAC correspondent: “We saw only minor violations because of the lack of the space, it is raining outside and members of the election committee do not want to leave people outside. Sometimes the chairman of the committee cannot have enough room to place his desk. But basically most of the things are going quite well.”
Observer Alexander Kovachevich from Serbia and Montenegro informed: “We had observed 2 polling stations and haven’t seen anything that could influence the final results of the elections. We have not seen any posters or any of the party’s signs. The commissions could not do their work well because the crowds had come to the elections very early”.
