INT’L CONFERENCE “NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT OF UNIVERSITY” LAUNCHED
The Conference was dedicated to the results of the project on management improvement, developed by BSU together with universities of France, Belgium within the frameworks of the program TACIS-TEMPUS.
Opening the conference, BSU rector, NAS’s Corresponding Member, professor Abel Maharramov noted that BSU management pays a special attention to application of new scientific-technical achievements at the University. He said that since 1994, BSU was in close touch with the leading European Universities within the CE’s TACIS-TEMPUS program.
Ambassador of France to Baku Chantal Poiret dwelt upon developing relations of friendship and cooperation between both countries.
Within the frames of the project, computerized search system was been created in the library. New computers were installed in the accounts department and new software is being developed to facilitate numerous operations.
