ISTANBUL TO HOST 13TH MUSIAD INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR AND 14TH IBF CONGRESS

Baku, August 22 (AZERTAC). Istanbul will host the 13th MUSIAD International Trade Fair and the 14th congress of the International Business Forum this October.

MUSIAD, the Independent Industrialists & Businessmen’s Association, fair will bring together 3,000 overseas businessmen, 550 local and foreign exhibitors, and 150,000 visitors from 65 countries throughout Asia, Europe, Africa, Americas, and Oceania. MUSIAD International Fair 2010 offers new opportunities for business cooperation and global business networking by bringing together most reputable businessmen and investors.

The IBF Congress, organized every year since 1995, has produced important and achievable goals based on its long-cherished mission of achieving enhanced cooperation and economic links among Muslim Nations, and has accomplished numerous projects contributing to economic and social development of member countries.

The launching theme of 14th Congress is “Importance of Technology for Development in Islamic Countries. Within the framework of the theme, it will discussed that how technology and its source, science became vital element for production, how is development in the countries who has realized the importance of technology and generated policies accordingly, what goals should be set by Islamic countries within relation between new technologies and development. The main purpose of the projects regarding the set of goals is to increase investments on technology and ensure transfer of more capital.
