Javid Gurbanov: The official opening ceremony of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is expected to take place on October 28

The official opening ceremony of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway is expected to take place on October 28, said Chairman of Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint Stock Company Javid Gurbanov. He emphasized that, if there is no technical problem, the official opening ceremony of the planned Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line will be held in late October.
