    KAZAKHSTAN APPOINTED NEW REPRESENTATIVE IN TALKS ON CASPIAN LEGAL STATUS

    On Decree of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, ambassador of the foreign ministry on special deeds Ravil Cherdabayev was appointed as special representative of the President to participate at the talks on establishment of the legal status of the Caspian.

    Since May 1999, Mr. Cherdabayev was the ambassador of Kazakhstan in Ukraine, the press service of the foreign ministry of Kazakhstan said.
