KIEV HOSTS FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONS AND CULTURES OF MINORITIES

Festival of the traditions and cultures of Ukrainian national minorities “Folklorana-2004” organized by the nationalities and migration department of Kiev Municipal Administration, national-cultural society of Ukrainian capital and other organizations was held in Kiev, on June 19, AzerTAj correspondent for Ukraine reports.

The audience was admired with bright performance of numerous nations residing in Ukraine, as well as ensembles “Azerbaijan” and “ Vatan”, soloist Rimma Suleymanova, young singer Sabina Tagiyeva and dancing group performing Azerbaijan classical, folklore songs and amazing “Yalli” and “Chobani”.

Diplomats of the Embassy of Azerbaijan, leadership of Ukrainian Azerbaijanis Congress and other representatives of Diaspora attended the concert.
