On approval of the Convention “On abolishment of the double taxation in regard with the taxes between Azerbaijan Republic and Romania”
The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic resolves:
1. To approve the signed on 29 October 2002 in he city of Baku, Convention “On abolishment of double taxation in regard with the tax from the incomes and property and prevention of evasion from taxation between Azerbaijan Republic and Romania”.
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
