On approval of he Convention “On civil-judicial responsibility connected with corruption”
The Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic enacts:
1. To approve the Convention adopted on 4 November 1999 in the city of Strasbourg, “On civil-judicial responsibility connected with corruption” with relevant provisos and statements (text of proviso and statement enclosed).
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
