LAW OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON APPROVAL OF THE “ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN ON DIVISION OF THE SEABED OF THE CASPIAN BETWEEN AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC AND THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN”
THE MILLI MAJLIS OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC ENACTS:
1. To approve the signed on 27 February 2003 in the city of Baku the “Additional Protocol to the Agreement between Azerbaijan Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan on division of the seabed of the Caspian between Azerbaijan Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
