LAW OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT “ON ENCOURAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF THE INVESTMENTS BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN AND THE OPEC FOND ON INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT”
THE MILLI MAJLIS OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC ENACTS:
1. To approve the signed on 19 November 2002 in the city of Vienna, Agreement “On encouragement and protection of the investments between the republic of Azerbaijan and the OPEC Fond on international development”.
2. The Law enters into force on the day of promulgation.
