LAW OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
ON APPROVAL OF THE CONVENTION “ON LEGAL ASSISTANCE AND LEGAL RELATIONS ON CIVIC, FAMILY AND CRIMINAL AFFAIRS”
Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan resolves:
1. To approve the Agreement “On legal assistance and legal relations on civic, family and criminal affairs”, signed on 7 October 2002, in Kishinev at the session of the Council of heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States with special proviso of Azerbaijan Republic.
2. The Law comes into effect from the day of promulgation.
