LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN
ON INTRODUCING AMENDMENTS TO THEW LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN “ ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP ACTIVITY”
I. Point III of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “ On entrepreneurship activity” (bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1992, N23, article 1013: collection of legislative acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 1997, N 1, Article 6, N 3, Article 226, N4, Article 280: 2000, N7, Article 489: 2001, N11, Article 686, N12, Article 736: 2002, N5, Article 241, 248, N10, Article 584: 2003, N1, Article 1) shall be stated in the following wording:
1. “ For the purpose of development of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan Republic and participation in arrangements for intensification of entrepreneurship activity of the population, as well as rendering financial support, the National Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Azerbaijan is functioning under relevant executive body”.
2. The Present Law comes into effect from the day of promulgation.
