Leonid Slutsky: Elections organized well in Azerbaijan
Baku, November 1, AZERTAC
The parliamentary elections have been organized well in Azerbaijan, Leonid Slutsky, the head of the mission of observers of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly and the mission of observers from the Russian State Duma, told reporters at one of the polling stations in Baku 1, according to Secki-2015.az,
He mentioned that the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) refused to observe the elections in Azerbaijan.
“We think this organization sees the speck in other’s eye. The parliamentary elections have been well organized in Azerbaijan. And the OSCE/ODIHR is well aware of this,” Slutsky said.
“However the overseas instructors advised them not to go to Azerbaijan because they knew that there would not be any negative incident. Their refusal proves that this organization has exhausted itself if it is agreed to be a puppet in the hands of others” he added.
