Nakhchivan, February 9, AZERTAC
“We have monitored the voting process at some polling stations, and we can say that the conditions created at them meet the country's Electoral Code. We will introduce the information about the pre-election and election day to the center of Observation mission in Baku and the final results will be presented there,” Long-term Election Observer of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Ingo Büttner has told AZERTAC.
Büttner noted that starting from January 14 of this year he met with representatives of the Central Election Commission, the media and other organizations in Nakhchivan in order to familiarize himself with the conditions created for conducting fair and transparent elections.
