MEMORY OF AZERBAIJANI WRITER REVERED

Nakhchivan division of the National Academy of Sciences and Nakhchivan State University has held a scholastic conference to mark 90th birthday of the people’s writer of Azerbaijan Ilyas Efendiyev.

Division chairman, academician Ismayil Hajiyev pinpointed writer’s creative activity.

Rector of the Nakhchivan State University, academician Isa Habibbeyli delivered a report entitled “Contemporaneity in Writer Ilyas Efendiyev’s Creativity”, professor Yavuz Akhundlu reported on “Creative Path of Ilyas Efendiyev”, candidate of philological sciences, reader Huseyn Hahimli - on “Ilyas Efendiyev’s Dramatic Art”
