Mexico-Azerbaijan Friendship Park, monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev and monument to Khojaly genocide victims to open in Mexico

Baku, August 16 (AZERTAC). On August 23, Mexico City will host a series of events, including the opening of the Mexico-Azerbaijan Friendship Park, a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in this park and a monument to Khojaly genocide victims at the Historical Center of Mexico, the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

An Azerbaijani delegation led by Ali Hasanov, Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Head of the State Committee for Refugees and IDPs, will attend the events.
