Rabat, February 23, AZERTAC

Moroccan newspaper Al-Islah and at-Tanmiya has published an article headlined "7th Global Baku Forum to be held in March".

The article highlights the preparations for the 7th Global Baku Forum, which will take place on March 14-16, featuring 450 delegates from more than 70 countries “The panels will focus on topical issues. One of the forum's key panel sessions will address the role of young leaders in global politics,” the article says.

The newspaper says that on the Azerbaijani President`s initiative, Baku hosts dozens of political, economic and cultural events, bringing together heads of state and government, religious figures and representatives of academia from different countries to discuss globally important issues.

The newspaper stresses the necessity of finding a fair solution to the occupation of Azerbaijan`s Nagorno-Karabakh region by Armenia, which ignores the resolutions of the UN Security Council and General Assembly.

The article commends Azerbaijan for hosting an international conference "2017- Year of Islamic Solidarity: Interfaith and Intercultural Dialogue" involving politicians, religious figures and scholars.
